 Since 1958, thousands of families have chosen NFTY for more than the promise of a thrilling trip to Israel. NFTY programs have transformed nearly 30,000 young people by turning a spark of interest into a trip of exciting challenges, wonderful new friends, and a lifelong involvement with Judaism. More than 350 synagogues, 19 youth regions, numerous Jewish camps, Jewish Federations and communities annually turn to NFTY to provide the ultimate teen travel experience.

 The NFTY-EIE summer semester in Israel is a meaningful and challenging six and a half week program designed especially for highly motivated teens who want to earn four semesters’ worth of high school credit by looking for deeper insight into Israel, Jewish Identity and themselves. Our summer session maintains the integrity, spirit and high academic standards of EIE’s full semester program and focuses exclusively on Jewish History, Hebrew and Jewish skills, without the need for added general studies courses from the students’ home schools. A unique 8-monthgap-year leadership training program in Israel for recent Reform Jewish high school graduates, The Netzer Year is run under the direction of the Union for Reform Judaism and Netzer Olami, the International Reform Zionist Youth Movement. The Netzer Year is a fun, challenging and stimulating way to spend a year in Israel and to be a member of an exciting and vibrant group.
